5M Leadership was founded on a conviction that the frameworks which matter most are discovered through hard experience inside organisations navigating real growth, real complexity, and real reinvention in Africa.

Over two decades in senior corporate roles; as CFO, Director, Founder, and Board Chair; across diverse organisations in Africa. The organisations that endured were the ones with the clearest unembellished picture of their own operating reality.

The Method

The Three Rooms framework.

Every organisation operates across three distinct rooms simultaneously. Most governance work happens only in one of them. The 5M Consulting Method maps all three; and builds instruments that keep the distance between them manageable before that distance and incoherence becomes a fracture.
