Why I speak

African institutions deserve governance thinking written from inside them. As a finance leader and board member, I saw capable organisations weaken for reasons that were visible early, and I saw talented professionals held back by the organisations they served.

Good governance protects jobs and public money, and it lets the ability of African professionals show. I wrote my books to give leaders the tools to act early, and I speak so that more of them can use those tools.
