This policy explains what personal information 5M Leadership collects through 5mleadership.com, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We collect only what we need to reply to you and to arrange the programmes you register for.

What we collect

• Registration details. When you register, we receive the programme you chose, your full name, phone number, email address, city and any notes you add.
• Contact messages. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, any phone number or organisation you give, and your message.
• WhatsApp and email. When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send and the details attached to your account, such as your number or address.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm your registration, send payment details and joining information, answer your questions, and keep a record of the programmes you take part in. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that help us run the site

• Formspree receives the registration and contact forms and passes them to our email inbox.
• Hostinger hosts this website.
• YouTube plays our films. A video loads from YouTube only when you press Play, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies from that point.
• WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Amazon are separate services. When you follow a link to them, their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. The Replaceability Audit in The Corporate Simulator keeps your last score in your own browser so you can compare it next time. That score stays on your device, and we never receive it.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and contact details for as long as we need them to deliver a programme, keep proper business and financial records, and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle personal information in line with the data protection laws that apply to us in Kenya and Uganda. To make a request, write to services@5MLeadership.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
